Cadence applications in the terminal

Quicken TUI runs shared Cadence logic and semantic views as native Bubble Tea
v2 applications. It lowers Cadence commands to tea.Cmd, maps native terminal
events into closed application messages, renders semantic styles through Lip
Gloss, and bridges Bubbles components without moving domain state into widgets.
